Tips to Manage Anxiety

Anxiety can manifests differently in each person. For some it might be heart racing, hyperventilating, sweaty palms, snapping at those around you. For others it could be feeling completely frozen, whole body tenses up, thoughts constantly circling in your head or your mind completely shutting down. And for some us, we experience both of these, during different scenarios. No matter how you experience anxiety, it can be debilitating in the moment.
